I have over 20 years of municipal urban and rural planning experience. This is underpinned with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University with a minor in Public Administration and a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Mohawk College. I am currently the Manager of Development Approvals with the City of Welland and have been with the City of Welland for over seven years. I have held various Planning positions with the City of Toronto, City of Oshawa, City of Colborne and the Township of Wainfleet. In Welland, I have been successful in streamlining the development approvals process, helped lead the way to a new and innovative Zoning By-law for City for the future and today. Throughout my career I have been actively seeking to create a customer service environment that is inviting to both residents and investors. In my spare time I spend time with my amazing family and find time to work on home renovation projects.
